March 19th 6:30 p.m. “ Itsy Bitsy Yoga Training for Infant/Toddler Caregivers” Presented by Nichole Tysvaer.

In this workshop Nicole, a certified infant and toddler yoga instructor, will guide us through the philosophy and understanding of yoga. We will learn ideas of how to engage young children in a developmentally-appropriate yoga practice.  Suggestions on how to securely and comfortably carry babies to strengthen rather than injure our caregivers.  This will be an interactive class; you will practice basic yoga moves in this presentation Location:  University of Michigan's Children's Center at 400 North Ingalls (entrance on Cornwell and free parking in lot across entrance)
