MiAEYC 2010 Early Childhood Conference

The 2010 Early Childhood Conference offers three general sessions, full-day focus sessions and over 150 workshops covering an extensive range of issues and topics in administration and staffing, advocacy and public policy, assessment, child development, curriculum, discipline and guidance, infants and toddlers, inclusion and special needs, parents and families, and professional development.

Conference Information

General Sessions begin at 8:30 a.m. each day.

Workshop Sessions on Thursday, Friday and Saturday begin after the General Sessons; last sessions end at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday and on Friday, and at 3:00 p.m. Saturday.

Learning Fair: Friday, 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday, 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Click here for more information.

Focus Sessions: Thursday, Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Earn .5 State Board Continuing Education Units (SB-CEUs) per focus session. Click here for more information.

Registration Fee: See below. If attending the conference two or more days, register for the full conference.

Member fee*: To register as a member, you must be a current member of MiAEYC. Membership status will be checked with NAEYC. To join or renew online, go to www.NAEYC.org/membership.

Student fee**: The student fee is available to undergraduate students currently enrolled in 9 credit hours or student teaching. A photocopy of a current class schedule must be received within 24 hours of online registration – fax to (517) 336-9790 or email to Conference@MiAEYC.org. Online student registrations will not be processed until class schedules are received.

Discount: Register for more than one focus session, or a focus session(s) and the conference, and receive a $10 discount off your total registration cost.
