IV. Lindy Buch discussed the School Readiness Program. V. Phoebe Lowell discussed a problem with getting EPSDT screenings for children covered by managed care. She encouraged participation in advocating for performance-based reimbursement for managed care providers. VI. Steve Manchester announced the Lifetime television production of Confronting the Crisis: Childcare in America to air on April 20. VII.
