Artist's
Name: Laszlo Slomovits Area of
Expertise: Musician and

Philosophy: Teaching is a way of
repaying the debt I owe to all of my past and present
teachers; the ones who have taught, trained, and mentored
me. Also, Each child has great potential within him/herself,
and I feel it is a teacher's job to put the child in touch
with this greatness. Approach: I expose learners to a wide
variety of music and ways to "enter" that music: singing,
creating lyrics, playing simple instruments, using sign
language, moving, dramatizing, etc. I encourage children to
respond to what inspires them. Awards
