The Michigan AEYC Infant Toddler Conference is back in-person for the first time since 2019! The 2022 Infant Toddler Conference will take place in-person on November 11 at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy, Michigan with continued on-demand access for an additional 30 days.
Infant and toddler caregivers, home based caregivers, Early Head Start, Early On, Even Start, First Families, administrators, and all who touch the lives of Michigan’s infant and toddler population are invited to network, engage with your peers and learn from the best at this year’s conference.
Explore key ideas about healthy attachment relationships including responsive care, co-regulation, primary caregiving, trust, and role of attachment in development. Together we’ll examine both barriers and distractions, as well as strategies for developing healthy attachment with infants and toddlers.
Christine Snyder has worked in the education field since 1999 as a teacher, administrator, professor, author, and trainer/coach. She is pursuing a PhD in educational studies with a concentration on Urban Education at Eastern Michigan University. She also holds a MA in early childhood education and a BS in child development.
Christine is currently Interim Director of Work Life Programs at the University of Michigan and an independent early childhood consultant. Christine develops and facilitates training throughout the United States, internationally, and online. She has published six early childhood resource books, as well as numerous articles, training DVD’s, and other classroom resources for teachers.
In her professional role, volunteer work, and academic studies, Christine is deeply committed to high quality child care, education, and social systems that support young children and families.
