
Michigan AEYC is excited to return to the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel and DeVos Place in Grand Rapids, Michigan for the 2023 Annual Early Childhood Conference. We are looking forward to connecting with members of the early childhood community in Grand Rapids to connect, collaborate and create! This conference will include a virtual component for those unable to participate in-person. Online access to conference sessions begins April 25, 2023 and closes May 25, 2023.
A limited number of rooms are available at a special reduced rate for conference attendees April 18 – April 22, 2023 at the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel and the Downtown Courtyard by Marriott, Grand Rapids. Reservations must be made by March 19, 2023. Reserve a room HERE.

At the Michigan AEYC Gala, you’ll join your peers in recognizing this year’s award and scholarship winners, enjoy entertainment by the talented dueling piano group ‘Greg and Smokin’ George’, delicious food and drinks! Join Friday’s keynote speaker, Richard Cohen, for Grown Ups Night Out! After a long day of workshop sessions, join in a fun-filled session of lighthearted singing, interactive games and, in a first for our field, Richard pokes good-natured fun at crying babies, snot-nosed kids, persnickety parents and hand-print holiday turkeys with his special brand of stand-up comedy created especially for stressed-out, paint-covered, marker-stained early childhood professionals! Let’s ‘fess up about all the things we moan about to each other after the parents and children have gone home. Cash bar and light snacks provided! Included in conference registration.

Join Zumbini Instructor Caitlin Basler LIVE during the 2023 Annual Early Childhood Conference on Saturday, April 22 10:15am – 4:15pm
Created by Zumba and BabyFirst, Zumbini is a fun, unique, and effective ECE program designed to promote cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skill development for children ages 0 – 5 through music and movement. Appropriate with and without caregivers present for each child, the Zumbini program is made up of singing, dancing, and instrument play for non-stop learning, bonding, and fun.
Michigan AEYC has partnered with Zumbini to bring this live instructor training event so that you can bring this program to your community or early learning program.
